Driftro / privacy

Privacy, plainly stated.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

This notice describes how Driftro handles information for the invite-only beta. It is written for the product as it exists today; we will update it when the service changes.

What Driftro processes

When you use Driftro, we process account details such as your name, email address, workspace membership, and sign-in records. The service also stores the monitoring configuration, status-page content, incidents, maintenance windows, wallboards, and operational observations you choose to add.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the application, authenticate users, show the status pages and wallboards you configure, send requested notifications, secure the service, and respond to support requests. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.

Where it is hosted

Primary application data is hosted in Finland / the EU. This statement does not mean that every service involved in operating Driftro is EU-only, and it is not a claim of GDPR certification. We are documenting subprocessors, retention, and transfer details as part of the beta.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and workspace information while your workspace is active and for a limited period needed for security, legal, or backup purposes. To ask about access, correction, export, or deletion, email privacy@driftro.se.
